Happy Independence Day!

On this day 246 years ago, the Declaration of Independence was signed, breaking America permanently from English rule. I know a lot has changed since that day, but the purpose remains the same for all Americans. I hope you get to have a lot of fun with your family and friends today. I hope you pray for those who are suffering even in the midst of your joy. I hope you eat watermelon and drink lemonade and get to wear cool graphic tee shirts or pretty summer dresses and more than anything, I hope you don’t forget how blessed you are. Oh, yeah, and let’s not forget fireworks. (Or parking to see the fireworks.😬)
